LevelSketch is provided as a free tool for personal and commercial use. You are granted a limited license to use the service to create, save, and export level designs.

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the application.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license the service itself. You are, however, free to use the exported assets (e.g., PNG images) in your own projects, commercial or otherwise.

3. User Content and Data

All data you create and save using LevelSketch is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not have access to your designs or data. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for maintaining backups of any important work.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The LevelSketch tool is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. LevelSketch makes no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or performance of the tool. We are not responsible for any loss of data or other damages that may occur from its use.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Krishnamohan Yagneswaran, the creator of LevelSketch, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LevelSketch's website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
